Almost back to normal

So, I'm finally seeing a decrease in the number on the scale!!! While I know that doesn't mean much, it is nice to see it finally going down. My pants and shirts are all starting to feel looser, and I was able to get back into a pair of shorts and a skirt I could barely get into last summer! I've been running regularly, with the exception of the last two weeks, and it's beginning to feel like Spring in Kansas.

In order to keep up my momentum, I am starting the Tone It Up Bikini Challenge today! Doing only cardio isn't going to get me down where I want to be, so I'm going to do this challenge in order to, hopefully, start toning things back up. I'm tired of being jiggly! I'm going to take some before pictures tonight. Most likely won't be sharing those, but I'm excited to see the changes. I'll be posting regularly on here and on Instagram with #createyoursummer and #100bysummer. Help me stay motivated!
